DRIVE-IN SERVICE

We are so excited to see you today for our first DRIVE-IN SERVICE. Bring your whole family, and invite others for this special Sunday morning worship encounter. Remember, Church is better together!!
Guidelines For The Drive-In Service:
  • If you are sick, have a fever, present any signs of cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we encourage you to stay home.
  • We care about your health and safety. If you are in a high- risk group, we encourage you to continue watching online.
  • When you arrive, you will be directed to a parking lot space. Please stay in that space during the service (about an hour     in length).
  • Please observe the federal standard – six feet between individuals.
  • Please stay within your parking lot space and do not venture over into other parking spaces.
  • If you have a lawn chair you may use them during the service within your parking lot space.
  • To help prevent the spread of infection, we ask everyone except children under 2 years of age, to wear a face mask if you need to leave the car and use the church restroom.
  • Ushers and Safety Team Members will all be wearing masks.
  • An offering will be received by our ushers for those who will be giving with cash or check.  Ushers will walk by your car and allow you to drop your offering into an offering bag, touch-free.
  • We still encourage giving online for those who prefer the digital method, which is safe and secure.
  • Bulletins will also be available for those who do not use email.
  • Bring your own water and drinks!
  • In case of bad weather, we will connect through Facebook Live and the Zoom Call.

  • Headlights On = “I am singing along!”
  • Right Turn Signal = Raising one hand in worship
  • Wipers On = Lifting both hands in worship
  • Flash Brights = “Amen” and “Preach it!”
  • Toot The Horn = “Shout out to Jesus” and “Hallelujah”
  • Left Turn Signal = “I want to turn from my sins”
  • Hazard Lights = “I am in need of prayer”
  • Spray Washer Fluid = “I wanna be baptized”

FAMILY PICTURES

Tomorrow after the Drive-In Service, Dale Shelton will be available to take a family picture for our church directory.  If you haven’t sent us a family photo yet, this is a good time to have one taken.  We will still follow the social distancing rules to make sure everyone is safe.

GRADUATES

We will be recognizing all of our 2020 Graduates in our online service on Sunday, June 7th.  If you know of anyone graduating from High School or College, please contact Pastor Josh.  All Graduates are encouraged to get your information and pictures to Pastor Josh no later than Wed., May 27th!!

COMPASSION PROJECT

We are continuing to receive donations through the month of May to bless our community and our OAG family.

  1. Food Drive to support our local food pantry. We are accepting non-perishable food and household items. Let’s FILL THE TRAILER!
  2. Gift Donations. We are receiving financial gifts towards our Benevolence Account to assist with the needs within our congregation. You could either give online or send a check to the church: OAG, P.O. Box 1086, O’Fallon, IL 62269. Just mark your gift for the proper designation (either Benevolence or Food Pantry).
